Subject: I support you 100%! I'm doing the same and see no results. My problem is the food. I have eating disorders when I'm under stress. Oh well, as long as I don't miss out on my aerobic classes I'll be OK. Usually when you start exercise you wont see results after 2/3 months. We gain muscle the first days and the weight goes up. So don't weight your self until after 3 months. I'm doing good, thank you for asking. I went to Hobby Lobby yesterday and I found 2 books to put in your package for this month. I'm still looking for something els. Adults are hard to buy ha?
