BOTH houses of Congress must by MAJORITY decision agree to any bill becoming the law of the land, but any such law can be challenged in court whether it IS or is NOT permitted, as written, according to the requirements of the constitution. The wording of that constitution has at one time been agreed to by MAJORITY decision. A MAJORITY of voters determines who is or is not to have a seat in either of the houses of Congress. The people who elect the President are committed to vote according to a MAJORITY decision by the voters of each state. That is, as I see it, rule by MAJORITY!
..... That is supposed to be like that in a "democracy". Which changes from this procedure would you recommend? Yes, it's "black and white" or, in other voting "words", vote "FOR" whoever, and not for anyone else!
