I am doing a school project on vegaterians. My uncle is a vegaterian for 15 years and I nead more info.

Please tell me the different tipes of vegaterians. eg. Those who do not eat NO meat (red meat fish, etc.) those who do not eat red meat, but do eat fish. What are these different catacories called?
