Just wanted to say well done to any irish dancers who acheived above 40 in a subject. Especially well done to Claire Soutar (16 yrs 2005) who managed 50! in P.E, an amazing acheivemnet! Also Brigid Coleridge (17yrs 2005) a 50 in English Literature. Please feel free to post any other fantastic results its good to acknowledge these acheivements.

- We can assure you that Clare was thrilled to place third in her competition. Clare only returned to classes in Feb of this year after touring with LOTD and like all other senior dancers finds little time to get in those extra places. Clare is delighted to be back dancing and is already looking forward to Senior Ladies in 2006. In fact she will be the first McAleer child to make it to this section. I am currently in between dancing floors...and i need some ideas for what to do! so i was wondering what would or should i use...if i am building it on concrete...should i use carpet and wood? so if anyone has a dancing floor on concrete...what do you use?

- well, we got some pieces of wood from mitre 10 and put carpet unlay underneith them. theyre effective, but heavy and hard to move. (NT) -- <3 carly xoxo, 16:15:49 11/26/05 Sat
- we have big piece of wood but we sort of raise it off the ground a bit with two strips of wood underneath it, so there's space under it. that way ur not dancing directly on concrete and you get more sound! (NT) -- works a treat!, 07:09:17 12/05/05 Mon
