(he attained the rank of captain when McG made an opening by assigning another inspector) As far as Lisman goes, he was the next LOGICAL choice for the chiefs job before Delaney got promoted. He also took a $HEFTY$ pay cut when he found out he could not freeze his pension. The logical thing to do.I'm not defending Lisman, I'm just making the facts known. Sounds to me like there are some sour grapes in your post. Were you interviewed? Were you fired or demoted?
