If everyone would stop insulting each other about the recent demotions. Isn't it any new Mayor's right to demote anyone he pleases? Especially if they are detrimental to the dpeartment they are running. A Question, why would the new Mayor want to be saddled with McG's political flunkies who at best were inadequate at their jobs, when there are experienced people who are excellent at what they do? I mean the facts are the facts. One of the biggest fact is Mcg pushed and promoted the last fire chief who had a total of SEVEN year on the Wilkes-Barre Fire Dept. Date of hire Feb 1993. This is just one fact that the people whom are complaining should know there are alot of others, that can be named
