 Lastly, wanted to add that the person who was accused of hitting a child was named Cothran. She works in the handicapped dept. I found out that the Texas Education Agency, though they profess to hire only those with degrees, will hire anyone. The man I have been corresponding with at the TEA, after much prodding from me, relunctantly told me that he has no degree, and it is not required that you have a degree to work there. An education agency should require degrees.
