Subject: The people who do not see John as honorable have obviously not read the Lord John books at all. One of them I know for sure has not re-read any of the books, so can only have the most superficial understanding of John, his character, and his relationships with Jamie, Claire, or Bree. I find it better not to enter into discussions with her since I made a bad mistake pointing that out once and don't want to ever repeat, so I ignore.
