It starts off about the location for the wedding scene, but then there's a discussion of where LJG and Percy might see the portrait by Philip Larkin. The exhibitions at the foundling hospital did happen, and raised funds, but did not lead directly to one of the big art musuems. The formation of the society that hosted the exhibitions did eventually lead to the formation of the Royal Academy.
