Subject: I don't think it is in the book. Personally I don't think LJG could have guessed the reason for Jamie's reacting so strongly. It's enough that he *did* react that way, with a violent, almost murderous rage that will certainly keep LJG from making such remarks to him again. I do agree that LJG probably wishes the words could be unsaid.
