Subject: I agree that often the feel of the excerpts changes when put in context within the story, but more often than not the excerpts do appear in the books pretty much intact. Blood Pudding from ABOSAA sticks out in my mind since it appreared in the Outlandish Companion pretty much intact and that was published years before ABOSAA came out. I'm betting Surgeon's Steel won't change much either when it shows up in book 7. Why would it? It is PERFECT! P.S. I can only talk about these excerpts here because they are in a published book otherwise it would be a NO NO!
