Subject: eyebrow color

Hi! I need some help. I naturally have a strawberry/ light red haircolor and I have it professionally highlighted with blonde. My problem is my eyebrows are naturally really really blonde. I have been using a light brown shadow eyebrow color which looks good but wears off by the end of the day. I want to semi-permanently color my eyebrows a light brown color so it will look like I actually have some and it won't wear off. I tried a temporary clairol at home light brown and I can't even tell I put anything on them. Any advice???
