Go to your local Sally Beauty supply, get some superoxide #20 (Roux has a good brand and it's about $2-$3 a bottle). Then get some creme coloring. Mix the superoxide to the creme coloring 2:1 (2 parts superoxide, 1 part coloring). I have a small bottle of soap and I use the lid to it for eyebrows since you only need a very small amount. Make sure you do not use any metal items when mixing them. Then brush the mixture onto your eyebrows making sure you cover the entire brow. Wait approx. 5 minutes and then wash your face. Wait about 30 minutes and if you want it darker, then reapply as above.
