I would wait a minimum of 2 weeks to color it again. You don't want to fry your hair. As for the perm, if you did this yourself at home, you should talk to your local Sally Beauty salon and see what happened. If you went to a salon, let them know what happened. Most hairdressers are willing to correct problems they created without too much of a hassle. It sounds like the chemicals were left in a little too long in certain places and not long enough in others. It may have just been the way the curlers were rolled and how the activator mixed into the hair.
