I've used Quick Blue more times than I can count, and your daughter's hair is fine. In fact, it's normal for it to be orange. All it did was take the color out of your daughter's hair. She can use box dye, she can bleach it again and she'll be blonde. If worraout QBing her hair with 30 volume creme developer. Her hair isen't damaged at all. After bleaching, conditon it and wrap it in a hot towel with the conditioner in.
