Subject: my hair is fried, super elastic,in the worst shape hair can be

OMG..I need help ASAP....a month ago i dyed my hair Black Black...I originally had been lightening my hair for 20 years...so it was virtually white or pale pale blonde...anyone i think my hair was porous really porous and grabbed the black...I decided i wanted my blonde back so i ordered some bleach with 40 percent peroxide. I bleached my hair ..omg my hair is breaking off fried it wont comb out ...and the color is bleach blonde in some parts and this orangey red in others. Please help me ..my hair is too the middle of my back and i am afraid my hair is going to break off up to my neck....Please advise
