Subject: Blondie!!

For the past 4 years i have been bleeching my hair with super market dyes in attempt to get a " Very White Blonde". Unfortunately my hair got very dry and heapsa split ends. I stopped for a while and got my hair quite healthy again but then started dying it again. Is it possible to go into a hairdressers and get your hair dyed platnum blonde?
