Subject: one n only colorfix

ok here's the thing.. i've gone from copper highlights to a reddish color. after awhile i wanted to go back to my natural color which is a really dark brown just so i can avoid touching up my roots being that in the long run this all harms you. i did one box of nice n easy natural brown but after 2-3 weeks the highlights n the red started coming out again. I decided maybe i needed another box. but instead of buying the same box i bought herbal essence sapphire black b/c i had a free coupon for herbal essence.I knew black is a pain to get out b/c I once had black. But the box looked more like dark brown to black. Perhaps a light black? Whatever. I did it and it's extremely black. Not that it looks bad on me since i had it before but i'm so unhappy b/c this is totally not what i wanted. OK OK to get to the point i found this thing online called the one n only colorfix which is supposed to strip off permanent dye. before i use it i wanted to know if anyone else has used it before and how the outcome was.. if so PLeAse PLease PLEASE get back to me..
