Subject: its gone wrong

i dyed my hair black last year and 6 months ago i tried to go back blonde but the hairdresser couldnt get all of the black out so she told me to wait so i have and last week i went to a new salon and the girl dyed my hair a redy browny blacky colour so because it looked so bad when i got home i bleached my hair with a kit and my hair has gone blonde with red bits at the end how can i get rid of the red bits. please help i look stupid !!! thank u
