I use it as an expression!
Anyway... I heard that cats can start doing stuff like this when something happens in their environment to confuse or worry them... This can be down to you changing your regular perfume or moving the furniture around... Changes in the living space. Could be local bigger Toms have moved in on his territory and he's freaking out over it...

I suggest creating an artificial world and raising humans like cattle... Then butchering their stupid naked bodies for fun!!
