I'm not qualified to say why it is, but I've been frustrated feeling what you wrote of. What helps to realize is that extroverts and introverts both feel marginalized by the other, but it's easier for extroverts to find validation of their frustrations. Introverts like me go online to find validation for the frustration we feel.

Extroverts are more more comfortable doing what introverts see as overstepping boundaries. Introverts can choose to feel offended or marginalized or, however hard it is, know that it's ok to not make people happy. That, or move to the mountains.
