I had to say that some people here are being a little too harsh on Erik. The fact of the matter is Sheryn is the best singer of the three but TONIGHT, Erik brought his best performance and Marinel and Sheryn did not. Sheryn did not picked the correct song to show her true range and her performance was good, but it just didn't measure up to Erik's performance. The same goes to Marinel cause she sang flat as well. Erik really outsang Marinel and Sheryn TONIGHT (when it counted the most) and he DESERVES to win tonight. That's how competitions goes. I know we all expected Sheryn to win but Erik rose to the occasion and grabbed the spotlight tonight. Were they suppose to just hand the title to Sheryn just because she's been good in the past episodes? Then why bother having the competition at all! That's the thing. Everyone started from scratch tonight. Nine out of ten times, Sheryn would have won but it was Erik's night tonight. You win some, you loose some and despite loosing tonight, I expect bigger and better things to come from Sheryn and hopefully Marinel as well. But for the love of God, lets give some credit where credit is due. It's not Erik's fault the he won tonight so why are people hating the guy? Yon lang ang masasabi ko kasi some of you guys sound as if Erik was so unworthy to be a winner. Let's just be glad to have witnessed such an exciting competition and wish all three of them a long a prosperous careers.
