And last week, the five finalists were presented to the media. They are Kristine Gonzaga, Zion Aquino, Abigail Camantique, Patricia Gayle Dizon and Allan Silonga. One of these hopefuls stands to win R250,000 in cash, a recording contract from Vicor and a live dream concert performance series together with today’s hottest singing stars to be produced by MTV Philippines. Globe Gentext subscribers can participate in the search and vote for their favorite singers via text. They only have to watch "The Next Big Thing" finalists in their mall tours. The "Next Big Thing" finals night will be on Aug. 21, at the Market! Market!
