Stance went firm as his ears picked up the sounds of the russling of the femme hue behind him. He quickly glanced back saying once more in a firm voice Stay here, protect Paige His rough padded feet swiftly moved across the hallway once more, his nose to down to the ground, bringing in the scent of other residents and their sound-asleep pets. His head swiftly turned to the stairs, his tail went stiff as he awaited another sound. His feet slowely moved to the top as he looked down. He dared not to step down, he lowered his stance and looked back at Paiges room. Had he heard something? Or was it the ghost that persisted to torture him in the game of change?
