Bill,

Number 1 is to close the borders and then:

Redo the Welfare. Have everyone getting handouts to show their birth certificates and citizenship papers. No money if you are illegal. No healthcare or education.

Go into the prisons and anyone who is illegal, send them back to the Country of origin. (That should take care of the prison overcrouding.) Anyone stopped by law enforcement who can not prove citizenship should be immediately back to their Country no matter how serious the crime proven or otherwise.

This should help cut down the illegals in our Country.
