Fellow Classmates,
I hate to sound like an ass, but here goes.
I am so disappointed at our adminastrators, and some staff members on our Pokey campus. I received a memo (email) at 9:o4 p.m. last night, regarding the shooting on the V-tech campus. Needless to say in that memo they were having an open discussion so that students and staff could ask questions on security and stuff, On April 16, 2007, at 7 p.m. April 16, 2007. Now isn't it a little late for us to attend? get the memo two hours after the meeting? It personally touch my home life and I am very pissed, not knowing if my daughters best friend was affected in this.
And then to receive this email was the straw that has broken the camels back. I am very tired of our campus in Pocatello making us the last priority. We as students pay just the same tutition as they do down there and should demand as much respect and as much classes as they get down there.
Maybe if we all banded together and with-drew our classes and showed them this is unexceptable, and they seen just exactly how much we do contributate to the unversity, not only monatarily, but in pride of going to ISU. Hell it is just wrong. Please accept my apoligies if V-tech has affected you in any way.
It will effect my family for quiet awhile.
