Önnur útgáfan á að vera endurkvæm (e. recursive) og nota sér að n! = n*(n-1)!. Hin útgáfan á að nota ítrun, því n! = 1*2*...*n. Skrifið einnig aðalforrit sem kallar á bæði föllin" Mætti útfæra þetta verkefni með tveimur mismunandi "hrop"-föllum og einni main-aðferð þar sem kallað er á föllin og gildin látin prentast, þ.e.a.s. svipað útfærslu á dæmi 2.
