 Næsta hindrun reyndist álíka tímafrek. Þegar kom að því að prufa sýnisforritið (lesaord.cpp) sem gefið er í verkefninu komu engar villur – en heldur ekkert annað. Sama hvað reynt var að nota sem skrá (.txt, .rtf, .html) og sama hvar hún var sett (í möppu þýðandans, keyrsluskrárinnar, rótina).

Eftir töluvert grúsk kom þessi vefsíða mér á sporið. Í ljós kom sum sé að þetta er einhver Macintosh bæklun, þ.e. að setja þarf inn fullkláraða slóð að skránni, t.d. "/Users/Hordur/Documents/HI/Tolv2/verkefni/OrdTidni/skra.txt"

Ég set þetta hér svona til fróðleiks, þó ég eigi varla von á að aðrir séu á sama báti og ég í Mac OS X sérviskunni.
