I see the phases on the site, but how do you qualify for each phase, how many situps in what time frame, how many push ups, time frame? For example marching? Strictly by distance or are there any special things to know when you march, Can I just march like in marching band (TeeHee!) Can any of us do it? Does this course give you some type of certification or is it just for getting in shape for the Slate Islands rendezvous? The Slate Islands looks like a great trip! That area is filled with history!
