It's all about giving the talented and great leaders that have gone on expeditions, participated in classes, etc., a chance to make this organization great. I think there are others out there that can take the team to the next level. I on the other hand would like to step down and relax. I am very interested in what others can do.

I will still be available, but my time is limited. I will be teaching community ed classes in the area related to the outdoor skills (as a member in the team), and of course I will also participate as a member, pathfinder, and occasionally an expedition leader.

Come on guys, show me what you got and give us a great organization. If the team grows, then someday, I can come back, but for now, someone needs to take this team to the next level. The website too!!!
