It blasts your entire back like nothing else. The more I think about it - it's just a backward pushup. Next week starts my 3 week intensity or training phase which is the 5 or less rep exercises like Deads, Bridging and Bridge Pushups, handstand pushups and things like that. I was just screwing around (wallwalking) earlier and tried them and figured out I can do them. Next week I'll do them seriously.

These Kettlebell workouts are killing me too. I'm only working out with a 30lb kettlebell (using an ironmind handle- which sucks but ... If you can afford it get a real one from Dragondoor.com) and it's killing me too. I combined Combat Conditioning with the Kettlebells for the past 3 weeks and I've progressed more the past 3 weeks than I think I did last year! And I'm not even doing 20% of what there is to do. I don't know what the difference is between a Kettlebell and a dumbell but the Kettlebell lifts are 500% harder on you. I'm just doing snatches, cleans and clean and jerks with 30lbs and it's harder than hell. I don't know how Pavel (weighing 180lbs) can do all the exercises using a 97 lb'er like he shows on the video. My joints feel great too which is odd because I'm working out harder now than I ever have. Guess you just got to do it right, for once.
