nicely written Walter lines. Not hard when you have such a good arsenal *g*, but most cleverly assembled. Walter is one of the characters who was easy to read in some areas and impossible in others. Also, he never volunteered information to other characters other than Nikita, Michael, and Birkoff. We don't really know much about how he and Belinda got together, so this is a good backstory on them.
