That it's because it seemed to be the "dish" Operations (that old rooster - LOL) always tried to tempt Madeleine with in order to seduce her. I could bre wrong but... it seems to me that was the "dish" he always mentioned in the show that he was having his cook Christopher make. Chicken cooked in wine.... nah... I've had better dishes too. Well... the man never got out much.... LOL
