 I was saddened to read that Sir John Mills, friend and contemporary of Robert Newton, who appeared with him in The Green Cockatoo, This Happy Breed, and Around the World in 80 Days, died this past Saturday at the age of 97. (I especially liked him in Green Cockatoo--not the greatest movie, but I loved his performance.) There are a couple of obituaries here:
