When one considers all the costs and benefits, an evacuated tube maglev system with small (six passenger) vehicles will be much better than ITC.
See http://www.et3.com . ET3 will go twice as fast as the Concorde supersonic airliner and can switch at full speed because the switch is in the vehicle, not the track. With essentially no air drag the propulsion energy used is very small compared to all other transport modes.
It is also makes no noise, is totally all weather capable, environmentally friendly, and won't bump into birds, animals or people.

Can you share the cost per mile of your system, and how it compares to your competitors? Have you built any systems anywhere? Are you in a position to price a system of various sizes? What is the smallest and largest size you would build?
