 The thing that was most humiliating, was what I wore under my gymslip. My tutor and mother agreed that I should wear nappies and plastic pants for hygeine reasons, I remember them putting the thick nappies on me followed by pulling up two pairs of plastic pants. The feel of being encased in nappies was unbelivably humiliating.
