when I was 17 I lived next door to a family with 4 girls. 18,17 and the twins 15. My bedroom window over looked their back yard that was surrounded by a privacy fence. When these girls were naughty their mom and dad would often bring them out on the back patio. make them strip off blouse,Jeans or cutoffs,bras and panties. Then make the girls cut switches or remove the belt from their jeans. Then make them lay down on the table top of the picnic table to receive their sound punishments on their bare bottoms in my full view from my window. I never teased them and nobody knew I saw everything
