Subject: How to deal with family and work

I am a 29 year old married african american female with 2 children. I have justed completed school for massage therapy and i currently have a license as a esthetician. My problem is starting out in this career path giving it 100% and still raising my children and being married. It's very overwhelming. I have tried the staying at home thing but that is not working. I need to be involved in something but i do love my family. any advice.
