You have to plan EVERYTHING!- Your meals, chores, time w/ your mate, menus, etc...regarding your household. When you are at work be at work, but possibly get their 1/2 hour early to plan for the next day or week. When your at home be at home, plan your week out and for at least 1/2 hour before going to bed or 1/2 hour before starting your day, sit down and plan in detail, what can and cannot be accomplished. Along with having a weekly schedule, have a monthly outlook to refer to also. It works. Make sure you are eating right, getting enough sleep and excersing. As crazy as that sounds, exercising has saved my energy rather than exerted it. I hope this has been helpful, and email me for any other info or just encouragement!
