Vanessa has stated that they are still married but did not say that they are together. Of course people are putting their own spins on the whole thing. Personally, I believe they are separated. Rick filed for divorce (pretty low of him considering that he cheated on her) and I haven't heard anything to suggest that he has withdrawn his petition to dissolve the marriage. Vanessa is better off.
