Dear Vanessa and Webmaster and Zorro,

I wish to send apologizes to the Mexican postal service for anything I said recently that may have cast them in a negative light.

After several days of investigations, there is strong evidence to believe that my formal letters about Watchtower were delivered to the Mexican Uinversity of UABC.
