1. Yes Just for tonight was released as a single at least both in Europe and Japan.
2. Just once, actually in 1992 if I remember right.
3. The so called "Single Remix" (on the Single CD), is actually a few seconds shorter and starts off with drums instead of the album version.
4. The 12" Single I got, has the same songs as the Single CD, however, the Promo 12" might have the Instrumental on Side, just never saw it myself.

I have an addional copy of the Single CD (it also includes the unreleased song "Love like this"), so if you are interested in purchasing, email me.
