-the first to tumble onto the sands was a blue, a queen. Her eyes swirled the angelic blue of calming bliss as she scanned the crowds for her rider. Once she spotted the female, way behind the others, she crooned gently- Rider? Why do you hide from me?
-the next to hatch, a startled green. Her eyes swirled a yellow-green in alarm, cowering back from the throngs of Lairlings that looked upon her hopefully. she let out a sqwuack as her eyes landed upon her rider, Deleria- Mistress! Save me!
-by this time, another green had hatched. this one seemed more confident then the others as he strutted straight toward his rider, the lairlings parted to allow him through as he hissed. Once reaching the rider, D'rian, he crouched on his hinds- Rider. I am Odyession
-yet another green found itself sprawled upon the sands. she crooned good-naturedly as she pulled herself up, bright blue eyes scanning the crowd. Once landing upon their prize, she blinked and emitted a sharp squeal- Rider! -she stumbled across the sands to the female, Keira, throat rumbling in a purr- I am Salay!
(because i'm lazy, two dragons have already hatched and are looking for their riders)
-a white raised his regal head, standing over a small blue who crooned for her rider. His eyes landed upon the male and he contacted him, M'kar- Rider, I am Staphsalin. I ask you remove me from the sands before the other is hatched. -the female stumbled away from he as she spotted her own rider, Tilana- Also me, Rider. Take me away before the other is hatched. I am Sansalin.
-a sudden call from the queen caused the council and Aiyana to raise their gazes. Aiyana nodded at whatever the female had just spoken to her and both smiled. Gaze roamed over the crowds before landing upon Taryn, M'kar and Tilana; the Lairleader, the reborn and previous lady of the dead.-
-the crowds now understood the queen's call as 3 pink noses cracked through their shells in succession. Each of a different hue. The male, a deep khaki pink streaked with thin bits of brown which would change as he aged, stumbled before regaining his meager composure. he strutted foward before plopping onto his hinds, loosing the pink's normal wisdom in his eyes as the hatchling instincts took over. He bugled to M'kar- Rider, I am Kipyen.
-the next, a bright, spring pink of the flowers that grow on the slopes of the Aiden Mountains in mid-winter, pulled herself from the egg. She raised her angelic, slender head to search the crowd for her rider. Once finding her, she seemed to smile and call- Rider, I am Sithe. Would you please help me from this shell? It seems to be stuck! -she tried in vain to spread her wings as if to emphasize the statement-
-the last pink emerged from the egg, seemingly undisturbed by the surprised gasps of a few lairlings nearby. her hide was streaked with black threads, giving her a darker appearence. Eyes swirled black then blue as her eyes laid upon her rider. She weakly kicked the eggshell away, causing herself to topple onto her back. Shaking herself as she stood, she looked for her Rider. After finding her, Tilana, she called- Rider, I've arrived. I am Salaten..help me get this itch away.
