Tilana groaned audibly as she was taken from M'kar, even in her barely conscious state she was unwillingly to leave his side. She struggled against a strong lair brute's hold, the older, retired dragonrider keeping his best hold on the girl that he could without hurting her. Her voice was muffled as she called, "No!" Another healer came forward with a sedative.

Aiyana watched the struggling healers, frowning at M'kar as he refused the healer's help. She remained mounted, watching the other riders return and studying their injuries.
