Right now, they were somewhere in between spirit and flesh, his form wavering slightly. The rest of him started to reappear, and solidify.

Somewhere outside, Kinapp bugled in alarm. The ghost-dragon had started through the same process, and without warning, blinked back into... wholeness. The mortal white threw back his head in a triumphant bugle.

Malikar was... whole again, the only indication that he was ever dead being the large, open wound that closed itself last of all. At last... he was truly alive again!

"But boy, does it feel strange." He murmured aloud.

"KAR!!!" Keira screamed happily, throwing herself at him in a big, enveloping hug. Then, she looked down. "Uh oh..."

Both wondered what would happen to the Lady of Death.
