 This is such a beautiful thought, and such an amazing expression of it. I'm kind of speechless, feel a bit like I'm intruding, and also find myself wistful...I long to come across something like this for me.

My heart aches for all it sounds like you're going through right now with lupus. I'm so sorry that it has been such a trial for you, and putting all of my thoughts towards a much better turn for you and your health. I'm not the best pray-er these days, but you will definitely be in my prayers, that the good days---the best days---far outnumber the hard ones.
