Holly, here's a new one I wrote just recently....

Game #1

Harden my heart, harden my mind

Strip me bare

Taunt my senses, tease my soul

Take no care

Call me a dog, call me dum

I stand before you, my arms open

My cheek raw from your obnoxious slap.

It�s a game�

A pathetic little game to you.

A game where you play the victim

But you�re really the tormentor.

A game where you think you�re winning

But all you�re doing is spinning�

Spinning out of control�

Harden my heart, harden my mind

Taunt my senses, tease my soul.

What does it take to beat you at your game?

I can only watch as the rain�

continues to pour and dance

On my freshly scabbed wounds.
