Fire Song and Psyke were not in the least effected by this- probably because they had other shields up that you were not aware of. you slowly fealt the pain die away, until it was gone entirely. and you feared the worst.... Kiel'Lora was dead.*~*~ ~*~*you rolled over, and to your surprise, saw her standing behind you. her eyes were glowing a very powerful white, something that you had never seen in her before. you suddenly got a rather strong mixture of thoughts--- murder, pain, death, help..... the help at the end of that, to your surprise, was answered, as another person appeared at her side. her face was human, save for the beak and slitted eyes- which were a combination of blues, greens, and bright golds and silvers. her hair was red at the top, then gradually turned brown in the center, then to black, then to purple at the bottom. her hair, not bound by anything, reached her waist. she was clad in bright (and probably very thick and heavy) robes, in reds, greens, purples and blues- trimmed with black. she stood at least 6'1'' in bare feet, which were long talons that looked as if they could kill- still tall, but dwarfed by Kiel'Lora. the rest of her body was human. she did have a long set of wings on her back, with the feathers nearest to the muscles being deep brown. the second and third rows were all deep blue, the fourth row was red, and the primaries were red and orange with black tips. a beautiful Phoenix Anthromorph- who those who had met her recognized right away. Jinnai, future Spirit of Song. Jinnai was Kiel'Lora's guardian? it made sense- in a creepy sort of way. both of them spread their wings- which struk you as odd right away. Jinnai had her set of wings, right where they normally were. Kiel'Lora, however, had done something..... different. she still had the set on her arms, but a second set appeared on her back, covered in nearly identical brown and beige feathers- followed by another slightly larger set just like it. Ahr'Teyan's had three pairs of wings? why did they never use them then? Jinnai was standing right in front of Kiel'Lora, and something odd began to happen. you wisely got out of the way as several White Spirits rode from the ground in a circle around them- 18 in all, each identical, and carrying their rather grim looking staves. inside that circle appeared one of each- a Blue Spirit that looked like a mermaid with many azure bands around her arms and neck, her body solid blue; a Green Spirit, similar to the blue but lacking fins and was green; a Red Spirit, like the other two but with shorter hair and was red; a Brown Spirit, like the others but had small brown leaves into her hair and was solid brown; and a Beige Spirit, again like the others, but beige and with slightly longer wings. behing them, there were also 4 Black Spirits. they lingered in place for a moment, and then with a flourish of colors, they all flew forward.....*~*~ ~*~*you heard the barrier shatter, and heard the screaming of the larger Spirit of Enchantment, as the spirits formed a circle around her, holding their staves out, creating a small energy sphere which she was bound inside of. you watched as more of the spirits formed- and watched, as more than you ever thought could exist formed. White, Black, Red, Green, Blue, Beige, Gray, Pink, Violet, Silver, Tan, Brown, and Gold.... along with several others that you could not see well enough to identify. there were similar spirits appearing as well- the lesser ones, such as the small fish-like creatures of the Blue Spirits and the small felines of the Red Spirits. you could not identify all of the animals- most were new to you. they all formed a round wall around the sphere, with the captive spirit screaming inside- while a small silver dragon approached Kyle and Vincent, and removed the objects from around their necks, letting them drop to the floor before it retreated. you decided to keep them to see how they worked. you looked back to Kiel'Lora and Jinnai, as they conducted the movements of the spirits that now blocked you from your target.*~*~ [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
