Subject: Karen's Wacky Cake

My granddaughter wanted to bake her Dad a birthday cake this morning. With no cake mix of any kind in the pantry, I thought of Karen Rockords cake. As I supervised; Jamie measured, mixed and baked a delicious chocolate surprise for her Dad. She went home very proud with a feeling of accomplishment. Now I am going back to the kitchen to make one for myself. Thanks for the recipe!!
