I had never imagined that after I moved away and had 2 little angels of my own that I would get the news that Gunnar was gone. I have a lot of fond memories of the times that we shared growing up in Forestburg. I remember the time I was at your house and DiJo, Gunnar, and I were playing outside in the backyard and I turned a cartwheel and dislocated my elbow. I remeber Gunnar walking me home and making sure I was okay. I remember the day my parents called to tell me of Gunnar's death and I just dropped down into the chair and started to cry because not long before his passing, a good friend of mine had passed on in a car accident. I never though I would have to deal with that pain again but you know it never goes away. This is my first time looking at the tribute page and as soon as the music started, I started crying. My little boy reminded me of Gunnar though, he came up to me when I started crying and said "Mommy, its okay..don't cry" and patted my back and gave me a hug. Well keep in touch and I will always remember Gunnar.
